Performance Art



Concept of my Performance :

My works are varied from social to environmental context through the different medium of art. I would like to explore my ideas , experience , impact throughout the experience I gained from the surrounding elements. My works are the depiction of the inner motif that are affected by the nowadays human activities. beside the painting , video art, installations, I feel very open to explore myself taking my body as a tool to extend my concept .

My concept differs from different topic that I choose from choice of the context. I think our surrounding elements are affecting the every steps of the life. Anyway we have to push our life whatever situations comes infront of us. Our life is like a metamorphosis , moving from one stage of life to another stage. I choose the motifs like newspaper , as a metaphor of the surrounded space , I usually take vagitable and the fruits in my performance just as a symbolic representation of the aspects of life.

"National Fine Art Award " winning painting in Contemporary Art Category during National Fine Art Exhibition hosted by Nepal Academy of Fine Arts, Nepal Art Council, Kathmandu, Nepal on April 20th 2016 Artist's Statement Entitled ' The Reminiscence ' is the painting, which i started after some months of the Earthquake that hit Nepal in April 2015. At that time I felt the experience in life like a thread in between the death and life and i remembered the image of the GOD but felt the absence of it in such a crucial situation . As i read a statement  in a newspaper that "god is already in the pity, so what about the human being " stated by a EQ victim, I thought the GOD is also in helpless situation and lost the power to save the human beings. कला अभिव्यक्ति को सबैभन्दा उत्कृष्ट माध्यम हो । संसार मा  अभिव्यक्तिका धेरै माध्यमहरु छन् । जस्मध्ये चित्रकला एक सशक्त माध्यम हो भन्ने कुरा सर्बबिदित नै छ ।   मावन समाजको सुरुवातकालिन अवस्था देखि नै अभिव्यक्तिको तीव्र चाहना रहदै आएको यथार्थता प्राचीन इतिहासका अभिलेखहरूबाट हामी थाहा पाउन सक्दछौं । यही चाहना र आकाङ्क्षाका कारण विभिन्न किसिमका सामाजीक व्यवस्था र सभ्य समाज निर्माण उन्मुख हुन पुग्यो । अभिव्यक्तिका विविध माध्यमहरू जस्तै कि साहित्य, संगीत र कला जस्ता साँस्कृतिक परम्पराहरूले नै खास अर्थमा एउटा सभ्यताको जग बसाल्न प्रयत्न र साँस्कृतिक रूपमा एउटा सभ्य समाज र भुगोलको निर्माणमा अझ तिव्रता आउन पुग्यो । यी भुगोल बिच नै विभिन्न स्थान र अवस्थितिमा विविध साँस्कृतिक गतिविधि नै क्रमशः पहिचानता र मौलिकतामा परिणत भयो । यसरी नै यस्ता साँस्कृतिक क्रियाकलापहरूले हाम्रो सामाजिक र परम्परा बाँधिएको छ । जहाँ हामीले कलात्मक पक्षहरूलाई नकारी जिउन असम्भव नै हुन्छ ।  सभ्यताको पहिचान नै कला बाट सुरु भएको हुनाले सभ्यता नै कलाको मृ्र्त रुप हो । कलाले नै यो संसार सिंगारेको छ । यो संसार लाई बौद
